Please Note that FAILURE TO FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAN RESULT TO ADDITIONAL FEES, CANCELLATIONS, AND/OR RESCHEDULING. Being as though I work with my hands and the high-volume of inquiries please allow up to 48 hours for a response. Serious Inquiries that can NOT be translated through my website are to be sent via email to Admin@Braided-up.com .
Due to the clarity of this site questions that can be answered by fully reading it unfortunately will not receive a response.
-Deposits are required to schedule an appointment. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE. If you need to make any changes to your scheduled appointment, you must cancel and schedule a new appointment.
-After scheduling an appointment an appointment confirmation will be sent via email.
-When scheduling an appointment please schedule please choose the FIRST or the LAST available appointment of the day. For all appointments after 5 pm, choose the first time slot available.
*Before and after hour appointments are available per request* (Via email with details on services: exact style. size, length, day, and time)
-If desired day and time available please send exact appointment details via email for potential adjustment to accommodate desired appointment.
*New clients are required to upload a picture of natural hair. If you are already a client and have made any changes to your hair: cut, color, etc. please upload a recent picture with your appointment.!
-For exact styles and designs please be sure to upload a picture when scheduling appointment.
-Appointments are available for scheduling 12 weeks in advance.
- Hair is included for braided styles except crochet styles.
-Please come to your appointment alone. No children, unless services are being rendered. No additional people.
*Changes cannot be made to scheduled appointments.*
Updated Late or No-Show Policy
• There is a 15-minute grace period for all clients. In this case you may text me if running late
• At the 16th minute, your appointment will either be cancelled or you will have a $25 fee added to the balance that is due at the beginning of your appointment IF accommodated. The updated remaining balance will then have to be taken before the service can start.
• No shows will be charged 40% of your service & will possibly be banned from booking.
Credit/ Debit payments are preferred.
